Plants, People, and Purpose

The Ladyface Greenway is a living classroom, connecting our community to the natural environment.

The Greenway features thoughtfully selected plants that attract local pollinators, improve environmental health, and reflect the cultural history of this region.

This interactive plant series was created by students participating in the State Seal of Civic Engagement program at Agoura High School. As part of their civic engagement project, students researched native species, collaborated with community partners, and developed educational resources to share their learning with the public.

Through this work, the students hope to help visitors better understand and appreciate the importance of native landscapes.
