Temporary Driveway Closure – Whizin Business Center South Driveway on Agoura Road

September 10, 2025

Please be advised that the south driveway of the Whizin Business Center on Agoura Road will be temporarily closed due to construction work. A full closure will take place for approximately 2-days – September 22 – 23, 2025 – from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, during which time the driveway will be inaccessible to all traffic. After 4:00 PM each day, the driveway will reopen for public use.

The south driveway will be intermittently blocked for approximately 10-days after the initial 2-day closure to accommodate the movement of girder delivery trucks. Drivers and bicyclists please be prepared to stop for flaggers to ensure everyone’s safety.

We encourage the use of alternate access routes into the Whizin Center via Roadside Dr. (north driveway). We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this necessary work and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to local businesses, residents, and shoppers.

Every effort will be made to minimize disruptions and complete the work as efficiently as possible. Your patience and cooperation are appreciated as we work to improve our community!
